A development of 24 affordable homes on the site of the former Green Man public house for our client Jephson Housing. The development consists of 21 x 2 bedroom apartments, 6 of which are used for residents with special needs. The development was constructed to Code Level 3 sustainable homes and delivered with the support of the Homes and communities agency through their affordable housing programme.
