A housing development comprising of 38 Affordable maisonettes and 2-3 Bed houses on the former Leekes store built in partnership with Orbit Homes.
Following the decision of Leekes to open a new store in Coventry, Cassidy Group purchased the site of their old premises on Leicester Road, Bedworth. Demolition of the building took place early 2014 and Cassidy Group are now working with Orbit Homes to provide 38 new affordable homes on the site.The homes will consist of 11 x 2 bed houses, 17 x 3 bed houses, 6 x 1 bed maisonettes and 4 x 2 bed maisonettes.
