A former factory building had been redundant for some 20 years and had become derelict on this site at Duggins Lane. Cassidy Group are now developing 29 affordable homes with our partner Waterloo Housing Association.15 x 2 bed houses, 11 x 3 bed houses and 3 x 2 bed bungalows are currently being constructed on this Brownfield site.
