Cassidy Group have completed a development of 70 affordable homes on a former landfill site which was previously used as a transport depot for Coventry City Council, for our clients Jephson Housing.
The development consists of 31 x 2 & 3 bedroom houses and 39 x 2 bedroom apartments built to Code Level 3 for sustainable homes. The development has been delivered with the support of the Homes and Communities Agency through their affordable housing programme.
